Are the rates on this site commissionable to travel agents ?

The rates featured on the public pages of this site are commissionable at 10% to accredited travel agents. When making a booking, please advise us of your IATA number and the commission will be forwarded to you for all materialized bookings.

Do you offer a special rate for travel agency staff ?

Our special rate is called the “Bonanza Rate”. Please click on the button on the left frame to find the details of these special rates which we are able to offer to our colleagues in the travel industry. These rates are available year round, with the exception of peak seasons.

Can you arrange ground services such as transfers and sightseeing for my clients ?

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport in all destinations by mini-bus or private car (depends on the destination). In each hotel, there is a tour counter where clients can arrange sight-seeing tours, however, we cannot accept bookings for these tours in advance. For clients wishing to make full land arrangements in advance, we recommend that you contact a tour operator who can assist you to make all the arrangements.

Are your hotels children friendly ?

Each of our properties is different in terms of what facilities they offer for families. In terms of accommodation and general facilities, all of our hotels are suitable for families. We do not however operate any children’s clubs at the hotels. If you have a specific question, please contact the hotel concerned and they will be delighted to assist.

What arrangements can be made for celebrating special occasions such as ?

Honeymoons or weddings anniversaries? Let us know what you need in advance and we will be delighted to assist. We can arrange anything from a romantic dinner on the beach to champagne and a heart of roses in the room. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Can you hotels assist with special dietary requirements ?

In principle, we can cater to most requests. Please forward the exact requirements to each hotel and they will confirm what they can offer.
