Tourist Information Services

Tourist information is available at the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) information counter in Bangkok Airport and at every airport where there is a TAT local office. The TAT head office is in Bangkok and there are local offices in 22 major cities. The TAT can provide you with maps, brochures and useful information on tours, shopping and dining. All TAT information offices are open seven days a week from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

The 24-hour Tourist Service Centre helps tourists with complaints and emergencies and provides general tourist information. You can call toll free on 1155 hotline or visit the office at 4 Ratchadamnoen Nok Avenue.
